
Debit Card Product Manager

The Lead Debit Card Product Specialist will be responsible for driving the development and launch of best-in-class debit card products that maximize revenue and optimize cost. This role will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders to build customer-centric value propositions, track key performance metrics, and develop product strategies that meet the needs of diverse customer segments.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and launch new debit card products and features;
- Analyzing market trends and customer data to inform product decisions and drive business growth;
- Managing stakeholder relationships and communicating product strategies and plans to internal and external stakeholders;
- Leading product marketing efforts to promote live debit card products through various channels.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 7-15 years of experience in cards product management, preferably in consumer-facing products. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience in product management, preferably in cards or consumer banking;

Work Experience Requirements:
