Job Title: Card Product Lead

We are seeking a skilled Card Product Lead to drive the development and growth of our Debit card product suite. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy for this product, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-15 years of experience in cards product management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a strategic plan for the Debit card product suite, aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new products and features that meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop partnerships and alliances that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
