The Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a vital part in fostering strong relationships with customers, promoting software adoption, and addressing customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer expectations properly across all areas.
- Maintain thorough documentation of account details and activities.
- Monitor customer health, adoption, utilization, customer sentiment, and other metrics across products and verticals.
- Develop and maintain success plans with verifiable business outcomes for customers.
- Identify potential risks of churn or downgrade early and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate.
- Oversight of the contract renewal process and associated facets.
- Explore opportunities to expand through additional features and paid professional services.
- Address customer issue escalations and provide ongoing support until issues are resolved.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of CSM, sales account management, or customer-facing experience.
- Experience with customer analytics platforms is an asset.
- A self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and scale effectively.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
