About the Customer Success Role

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a vital part in fostering strong relationships with customers, promoting software adoption, and addressing customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer expectations properly across all areas.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of account details and activities.
  • Monitor customer health, adoption, utilization, customer sentiment, and other metrics across products and verticals.
  • Develop and maintain success plans with verifiable business outcomes for customers.
  • Identify potential risks of churn or downgrade early and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate.
  • Oversight of the contract renewal process and associated facets.
  • Explore opportunities to expand through additional features and paid professional services.
  • Address customer issue escalations and provide ongoing support until issues are resolved.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of CSM, sales account management, or customer-facing experience.
  • Experience with customer analytics platforms is an asset.
Preferred Skills:
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and scale effectively.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
