Job Summary:

We seek an ambitious and energetic Growth Professional to drive customer acquisition, optimise conversion strategies, and scale our growth efforts online and offline.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of lead generation and management, campaign optimisation, experimentation, and organic growth strategy for the India and South African markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads through online and offline paid channels.
  • Design and implement conversion rate optimisation strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Pilot and evaluate new growth channels to identify scalable opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content and technology teams to enhance website performance and drive organic traffic.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within the solar industry or renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, campaign optimisation, and organic growth strategies.
