Job Description:

As a key member of the finance team, this role involves driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual budgets to drive business profitability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate monthly forecasts and updates in reporting tools.
  • Review budgets vs actual performance and revise forecasts regularly.
  • Prepare monthly management information system (MIS) presentations for senior management.
  • Align MIS reporting tools with accounting software and make necessary corrections.
  • Manage daily cash flow forecasts and assist in treasury and fund management.
  • Engage with senior management and external partners for data compilation related to annual budgets.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and commercial finance.
  • CA/MBA qualified is required.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to working with ERP software and reporting tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in MS Excel.
