Financial Planning Manager: A Key Role in Business Success

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Financial Planning Manager. This position plays a crucial part in the success of our organization, requiring a deep understanding of financial planning processes and the ability to implement them effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning processes that align with global standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial data from Oracle and provide detailed qualitative reports to inform business decisions.
  • Standardize work processes for analytical tasks across functions, reducing manual work and increasing productivity.
  • Implement and execute the company's standard budgeting process, providing analytical support during audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Train and mentor cross-functional teams on data analysis and manage people within and across functions, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or MBA from a reputed institution, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
  • At least 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role, with at least 2-3 years in an MNC, demonstrating expertise in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as ERP systems like Oracle or SAP, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and generate insightful reports.
  • Good understanding of business dynamics and ability to provide critical insights based on financial data, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic initiatives.
  • Well-versed in Indian Accounting Standards, IFRS, and the Indian Companies Act, with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.
  • High integrity and strong focus on delivering results, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
