As a Financial Planner, you'll build tailored financial strategies, manage client portfolios, conduct reviews, and deliver expert investment advice. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring clients meet their financial goals through comprehensive planning and exceptional service.
• Client Portfolio Management-Build and manage client portfolios based on financial objectives, risk appetite, and preferences-Conduct regular portfolio reviews, adjusting strategies to align with goals and market conditions
• Financial Planning & Advisory-Create personalized plans for investments, retirement, taxes, and estate needs-Provide ongoing advice and adjust plans as clients' circumstances evolve
• Client Communication & Relationship Building-Maintain frequent interaction via monthly calls, in-person sessions, and virtual meetings-Keep clients updated on market changes, regulation shifts, and new offerings
• Transaction & Compliance Management-Oversee KYC procedures, investment transactions, paperwork, and documentation-Collaborate with internal teams for accurate and timely execution
• Reporting & CRM Maintenance-Generate review reports comparing current positions with initial plans and suggest refinements-Maintain records in CRM—tracking interactions, plan progress, and transactions
• Training & Development-Stay current with financial regulations, products, trends-Share knowledge with peers and help onboard new team members'1. Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field2. CFP certification or equivalent preferred3. Minimum 3 years experience in financial planning or client-facing wealth roles4. Strong Excel skills and proficiency with financial planning tools5. Hands-on familiarity with Zoho CRM (or similar)6. Excellent communication—able to simplify complex financial concepts7. Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem solver8. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively?
