Job Overview

  • Analyze and prepare comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate projections and timely completion.
  • Create and maintain sophisticated financial models, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Conduct thorough variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business outcomes.
  • Support audits, statutory reporting, and risk management processes to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Collaborate on monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting with detailed commentary to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven analysis to support senior management, regional directors, and departmental heads in making strategic and operational decisions.
  • Present financial reports for various regions, key accounts, and departments to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Guide teams on creating monthly outlooks for each department to foster a culture of proactive planning.
  • Implement business intelligence tools and dashboard reports to enhance visibility and inform decision-making.
  • Prepare and present ad-hoc reports and data preparations as needed to address specific business needs.
  • Monitor and update cash flow forecasts for the company and its subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop detailed financial modeling to evaluate liquidity, funding requirements, and business scenarios, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
