Job Title: Application Support Specialist

Location: Various Locations Across India

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory workflows, data management, and the ability to work closely with end-users to ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve issues related to LIMS.
  2. Maintain and enhance the functionality of LIMS to meet evolving business needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of LIMS with other systems.
  4. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to LIMS.
  5. Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of LIMS.
