Job Title

Seeking a skilled and proactive Appian and Database Support Specialist to ensure the smooth functioning, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise-grade applications.

  • Ensure business continuity of Appian applications and related databases.
  • Provide support for application issues, upgrades, and infrastructure components.
  • Manage and support application deployments, version upgrades, and infrastructure components.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct workflow design and optimization using Appian BPM.
  • Troubleshoot and support templates and integrations.
  • Support integration components using APIGEE and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Appian BPM: Design, development, and support
  • SQL Server database management and support
  • Core and Advanced Java
