Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Seek out new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, market visits, and social media platforms.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and concerns.
  • Deliver engaging and informative presentations on our range of products and services.
  • Generate regular sales and financial reports.
  • Ensure adequate stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences.
  • Negotiate and close deals while effectively managing any customer concerns or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and outcomes.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to share with internal teams.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Demonstrable experience in a Sales Executive role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Technical knowledge of IT-related products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, and driven by results.
  • Ability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate; Postgraduate degree is advantageous.
  • Technical background will be an added advantage.

Additional Information:
  • A preferred candidate would have a background working with System Integrator companies with 12 years of experience in technical solution sales of networking equipment, surveillance systems, audiovisual technology, video conferencing, web conferencing, and similar products.
