Job Title: Booking Team Lead

We are currently hiring a skilled and customer-centric Booking Team Lead to be the first point of contact for our international guests.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent language skills, strong communication abilities, and a knack for sales. You will receive comprehensive training from our team to efficiently handle inquiries and other tasks, while providing a personalized experience for each guest.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer booking enquiries of guests in a friendly manner.
  • Pay close attention to the guest's requirements to ensure understanding of enquiries and give an appropriate response.
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability, accommodation types, and areas.
  • Support with marketing activities when needed.

Requirements:

  • A degree in tourism or Public Relations is preferred.
  • Fluent in English with excellent grammar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer skills, including the ability to type and navigate through multiple applications.
  • Interest in the travel and hospitality industry.
  • Flexible to work evening and weekend shifts.

This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
