Job Description

As a Senior Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of food services at various sites. This includes ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met, controlling inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also be responsible for operational ownership, which involves managing menu recipes, developing promotions, and implementing systems to minimize waste and increase profitability.

  • Manage on-site team including cooks, MPWs, stewards, cashiers, Stores assistants etc.
  • Ensure all HR processes and staff welfare activities are implemented and carried out.

Additionally, you will play a key role in communication and client retention, staying in close contact with clients to address any issues and ensure 100% client satisfaction.

In terms of procurement and inventory management, you will be responsible for monitoring daily raw material indents and ensuring that all work processes are documented and displayed.

Requirements include an IHM pass out with 10 years of work experience, strong business acumen, commitment to quality, and sound written and verbal communication skills.
