Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Leader to spearhead our financial operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior finance professional to take on a key role in shaping our financial strategy and direction.

About the Role

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for leading overall financial operations, ensuring robust accounting practices, compliance, and governance. They will prepare, review, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, they will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, compliance, and governance.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee financial closing and reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for audits, assessments, and filings.
  • Provide financial insights to support business growth, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop financial models, scenario planning, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring proactive financial risk management.
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, driving efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Implement best practices, internal controls, and automation to improve financial processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12–15 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end finance functions in IT - Services.
  • Exposure to working with leadership teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, and IFRS.
  • Proven expertise in taxation, treasury, and compliance management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel.
