Job Description

A dynamic and ambitious individual is required to lead our financial operations. As a Financial Leadership Expert, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance and accounting processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a listed or public limited company and possess in-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), taxation laws, and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory norms.
  • Oversee internal and statutory audits, coordinating with auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning.
  • Lead and guide the finance and accounts team ensuring timely and accurate closings.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), taxation laws, and corporate finance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Tally ERP, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
