Senior Manager

About the Position:

This is a leadership role responsible for driving strategic initiatives across various entities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory expectations.

The position plays a critical part in strengthening internal controls, enhancing governance, and providing assurance through proactive risk identification and oversight in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk-based annual strategic plans to drive business growth and ensure they are responsive to and aligned with the organization's risk profile.
  • Lead evaluations of business infrastructure and establish processes to identify areas of risk or non-compliance and map with auditable entities/functions.
  • Ensure proper resourcing for implementation of the plan and adjust as needed in response to changes in the organization's business risks, operations, programs, systems, and controls.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, PPM, PMP, DISA or equivalent IT audits-related qualification is preferred.
  • Experience: 7 or more years of experience in IT audits preferred (with at least 2-3 years in a team management role).
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of IT security and infrastructure. Experience of working/auditing in agile product management environments.
  • Additional Skills: 3 to 5 years of Fintech or NBFC industry experience with good expertise of RBI and/or IRDAI guidelines on IT frameworks & sensitive data protection is preferred.
