The Director of Engineering is a visionary leader responsible for driving the company's engineering activities and projects in alignment with its goals and objectives. This exceptional individual possesses exceptional leadership, communication, and people management skills, operating with integrity and vision.

The role involves providing expert guidance and support, approving newly developed policies, and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience navigating organizational changes, a keen interest in Indian trends in engineering and leadership, and high emotional intelligence.

We seek an Impact creation specialist who can drive innovation at scale. Key responsibilities include attracting top-notch Engineering talent, creating success metrics, and implementing effective engineering processes.

  • Mentor the professional development of direct reports through personal and performance management.
  • Influence a culture of engineering craftsmanship and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and requirements.

Our ideal candidate has 18+ years of experience, including 8+ years in large-scale applications and 8+ years in people management. Strong problem-solving skills, data structures, and algorithms are essential, along with experience with distributed systems handling large amounts of data and excellent coding skills in PHP/Python/C++/Java. A good understanding of Web Technologies is also required.
