  • Own and deliver revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Negotiate large-value deals with regional accounts.
  • Manage profitability and cost optimization for the region.
  • Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region.
  • Lead a high-performing sales and account management team for the region.
  • Mentor and provide performance KPIs, driving accountability and growth.

Preferred candidates will have an MBA or equivalent and 5-10 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management. A strong understanding of the local market and established networks are also required.
