Service Now Lead Developer

As a seasoned Service Now lead developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust IT service management solutions using the platform.

This role involves configuring and customizing the platform to meet the needs of various business units, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

You will have expertise in Flow Designer, Field Service Management, and Embedded Content, with strong hands-on experience with Service Now and its various modules.

Collaboration is key in this role, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in developing scripts and workflows using Flow Designer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive ITSM solutions on Service Now
  • Configure and customize the platform to meet business requirements
  • Develop expertise in relevant tools and platforms
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Service Now and its various modules
  • Expertise in CMDB configuration and customization
  • Proficiency in developing scripts and workflows using Flow Designer
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ITAM, HRSD, and ITOM modules
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
