Global Reverse Supply Chain Director

A visionary leader is required to drive the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our company's Reverse Supply Chain (R2R) function.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global R2R with 10+ years of experience in financial management leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global R2R strategy aligned with organizational objectives and priorities.
  • Establish and enforce global R2R policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring adherence to local regulations.
  • Act as the global escalation point for R2R-related issues and ensure timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve cycle times within R2R processes.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, such as automation, AI, and analytics tools, to enhance process capabilities.
  • Conduct regular reviews of process performance with stakeholders, identifying and addressing gaps or opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of R2R processes into end-to-end operations.

Requirements:

  • 15-20 years of experience in global R2R with 10+ years in financial management leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to drive results.
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP, Hana 4, and R2R processes architecture; experience in process improvements and project management is a plus.
  • Qualified Charted Accountant with a minimum of 15 years of experience and a minimum of 10 years in financial management leadership roles.
