Role Overview

As a SAP R2R Lead, you will be the go-to expert in Record to Report processes within our global SAP ecosystem. From end-to-end design and delivery to S/4HANA transformation projects, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and own SAP R2R process design, implementation, and global rollouts.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Financial Closing & Consolidation.
  • Champion process improvements, automation & global standardization across financial reporting.
  • Partner with business & leadership teams to define requirements and craft scalable SAP solutions.
  • Drive S/4HANA transformation initiatives: data migration, Universal Journal, and integration.
  • Conduct workshops, build functional specs, and guide development & testing cycles.
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire junior consultants and finance stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • 11+ years of deep SAP FICO experience with a specialization in R2R.
  • Led at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations (end-to-end).
  • Expertise in GL, Asset Accounting (AA), Financial Closing Cockpit & Controlling (CO).
  • Hands-on with S/4HANA features – Universal Journal, New AA, Fiori apps.
  • Strong background in intercompany eliminations, consolidation (BPC/Group Reporting).
  • Good exposure to integration with MM, SD, and PP.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication & documentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
  • Knowledge of Treasury, BPC, or Group Reporting.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery models (JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).
