Job Title: SAP R2R Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP R2R expert to drive process efficiency and oversee SAP R2R implementations across various business domains.

The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of SAP Finance experience, with a strong background in SAP FICO and R2R processes, as well as expertise in S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end R2R processes, encompassing General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Financial Closing.
  • Configure and optimize SAP FICO modules within S/4HANA to enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Manage integrations with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TRM) and third-party systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal controls.
  • Guide cross-functional teams, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Support project delivery, cutover planning, testing, and go-live activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage global stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT; a Master's/Certification is advantageous.
