Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP R2R Consultant to support our finance operations through expert knowledge of SAP FICO modules and R2R processes. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting Record to Report processes including general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and period-end closing activities in SAP.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or support end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes in SAP.

- Configure and support SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) modules - mainly GL, AP, AR, AA.

- Perform month-end and year-end close activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure financial integrity and process consistency.

- Support financial reporting, audit compliance, and internal controls.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues related to R2R processes.

- Participate in SAP system upgrades, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO with specialization in Record to Report.

- Strong understanding of General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing.

- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.

- Familiarity with taxation, cost allocations, foreign currency valuation, and financial reporting standards.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (CPA/MBA is a plus).
