Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking a Senior Leadership professional with extensive experience in R2R strategy development and execution, as well as financial management leadership roles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the global R2R strategy to align with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Define and enforce global R2R policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring adherence to local regulations and requirements.
  • Act as the global escalation point for R2R-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve cycle times within R2R processes.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, such as automation, AI, and analytics tools, to enhance process capabilities.
  • Conduct regular reviews of process performance with stakeholders, identifying and addressing gaps or opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of R2R process into end-to-end operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15-20 years of experience in global R2R with 10+ years in financial management leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to drive results.
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP, Hana 4, and R2R processes architecture; experience in process improvements and project management is a plus.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 15 years of experience, with a minimum of 10 years in financial management leadership roles.
