Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Leadership Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Director to lead our global R2R strategy, aligning with organizational goals and priorities.

  • Develop R2R Strategy: Align with organizational objectives.
  • Define Policies: Enforce global policies, procedures, and standards while adhering to local regulations.
  • Evaluate Performance: Identify gaps or opportunities for improvement through regular reviews with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in global R2R with financial management leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are required to drive results. Experience in SAP, Hana 4, and R2R processes architecture is beneficial.

Key Qualifications:

A qualified Charted Accountant with a minimum of 15 years of experience and at least 10 years in financial management leadership roles.
