- Client Management:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with clients to understand unique gifting needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales, customer service, and administrative staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations including order processing, inventory management, and quality control.
