E-Learning Operations Team Leader

We're looking for a dynamic professional to lead our E-Learning Operations Team within Global Learning Content at Lilly.

The Operations Team Leader role is a key position that provides critical business data, helps drive process efficiencies, and monitors the organization's capacity and budget.

This role oversees a team of project managers and training administrative roles and is responsible for the ownership and coordination of critical processes within Global Learning Content.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling resource capacity, managing content demand forecast, and employing their strong knowledge of tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft SharePoint to drive operational excellence within the team.

This role will also manage a team of Project Managers and key content and training administrative roles within Global Learning Content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resource capacity within the Global Learning Content Team to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Develop and maintain content demand forecasts to effectively plan and prioritize content development efforts.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft SharePoint to streamline operational processes and enhance team productivity.
  • Analyze and propose solutions to address a wide range of operational challenges encountered in day-to-day activities.
  • Automate and optimize processes within Smartsheet and SharePoint to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of proven experience in project and/or operations management within the eLearning domain or similar environments.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft SharePoint, with a demonstrated ability to leverage these tools to drive operational improvements.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and insights.

Language Requirements:

  • Written and verbal English proficiency.
