About Our Team

We're on a mission to revolutionize the way people shop online. We believe that every user deserves a personalized shopping experience guided by content creators, so they can find exactly what they want in a short time.

Our team is passionate about solving real-world problems at scale and consuming content for hours. We started this journey when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but couldn't. Now, we're based out of Gurugram and have recently raised a series A round of $7M.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers to define key metrics and KPIs to track the performance of our products.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics and drive iterative improvements.
  • Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on the performance of our products and recommendations for future enhancements.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in Python (highly preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
