Finance Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled Accounts Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day accounting operations, compliance, and reporting.**Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and vendor/customer ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, billing, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely monthly closures of the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
- Manage statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PT, PF/ESIC filings.
- Support audits with schedules and documentation.
- Generate management information reports and provide insights on expenses, collections, and cash flow.
- Implement internal controls and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 5-7 years' experience in accounting, with strong knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience with Zoho Books or similar systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
