We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to spearhead our Government Software Sales efforts. This high-profile role will see you leading business development initiatives for IT and security solutions across central/state departments, police, and public sector bodies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and managing end-to-end sales activities for Government accounts, ensuring seamless execution of strategic objectives.
  • Driving demand generation for enterprise-level IT, security, and fraud prevention solutions, aligning with client pain points.
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in government and PSU sectors.
  • Leveraging expertise to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and budgetary discussions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborating closely with pre-sales and technical teams to guarantee solution alignment with client requirements.
  • Maintaining a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely deal closure, ensuring consistent growth.
  • Ensuring post-sales account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and sustained engagement, capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Staying abreast of relevant government schemes, digital transformation projects, and procurement guidelines to inform strategic decision-making.
