Job Overview

As a Salesforce OmniStudio Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functionality and performance of Salesforce Health Cloud applications.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in manual testing, Agile/Scrum development methodologies, and hands-on experience with Omnistudio tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of Salesforce Health Cloud configurations to identify and rectify performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review business requirements and translate them into test cases and system enhancements.
  • Leverage Omnistudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to customize and extend Health Cloud solutions.
  • Execute workflows, implement customizations, and support daily administration tasks across Salesforce environments.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Health Cloud features and troubleshoot complex issues related to system performance, configuration, and user experience.
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation related to Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and support.
  • Hands-on expertise with Omnistudio tools.
  • Strong background in manual testing (automation testing experience is a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
