Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist involves ensuring that Salesforce-based applications meet the highest standards of quality. This is achieved by minimizing quality costs while maximizing customer satisfaction through adherence to established procedures and processes.
Key responsibilities include testing, certifying, and ensuring the quality of Salesforce-based applications. Additionally, developing and automating functional, regression, and smoke tests using internal and open-source tools is a crucial aspect of this role.

To be successful in this role, one must have a strong background working in Agile and DevOps environments. Experience with Selenium test automation and Salesforce or other CRM applications is highly valued. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is also required.
This role requires high analytical skills, critical thinking ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple project timelines effectively.
As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices emphasizing defect prevention. You will identify, raise, and resolve quality issues promptly to prevent any impact on customers and support the introduction of new product features ensuring robust builds.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- 9+ years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 7 years in Java-based test automation frameworks
- Proven experience with Selenium test automation
- Strong background working in Agile and DevOps environments
- Experience working on Salesforce or other CRM applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Prior experience as a QA engineer with demonstrated success in delivering quality software
- High analytical skills and critical thinking ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
