Cloud Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Quality Assurance expert to drive quality assurance across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role demands a professional who combines deep experience in manual and automated testing with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure Salesforce applications through rigorous and strategic testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive QA frameworks for Salesforce applications covering both manual and automated testing approaches.
  • Create detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Drive end-to-end testing initiatives across various Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Force.com applications.
Automation Focus:
  • Build and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Provar, TestNG, and Apex Test Execution.
  • Integrate automation testing into the CI/CD pipeline to enable shift-left testing and continuous delivery.
  • Lead initiatives in test automation coverage including regression testing, smoke testing, and performance validation.
Manual Testing Leadership:
  • Lead manual testing efforts especially in exploratory, usability, and acceptance testing phases.
  • Manage the defect lifecycle ensuring timely logging, tracking, and closure using tools like JIRA or TestRail.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs and review sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure requirement traceability and alignment.
Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, product owners, and DevOps teams to define testable requirements and identify automation opportunities.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and enforce best practices in testing standards and methodologies.
  • Deliver clear, concise test status reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders and leadership teams.
