Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general middleware tasks, including patching, hot fixes, SSL administration, and log file rotation.
  • Manage and communicate with OEMs, and monitor applications based on tool capabilities.
  • Manage and communicate with the SOC team to identify and address VA open points.
  • Monitor resource utilization, apply security patches, and manage DR activities for middleware applications.
  • Coordinate middleware releases, upgrades, and deployments, as well as configure and manage middleware products.
  • Conduct performance and health checks on middleware services, and perform backups of middleware and application components.
  • Manage server certificates, and perform non-production environment refreshes.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in performing middleware tasks, such as patching, hot fixes, and SSL administration.
  • Effective communication and management skills to work with OEMs and other teams.
  • Able to identify and address technical issues and concerns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor resource utilization and apply security patches.
  • Ability to coordinate middleware releases, upgrades, and deployments, and configure and manage middleware products.
  • A thorough understanding of performance and health checks on middleware services, and ability to perform backups of middleware and application components.
