Integration Project Manager

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the seamless integration of our WealthTech platform with external systems and services.

This critical role bridges product, engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive successful integration delivery.

You will define project scope, milestones, and success metrics for middleware/API integrations, ensuring timely and secure rollouts.

  • Coordinate middleware service requirements between developers and business teams.
  • Track and manage integration workstreams: real-time APIs, batch jobs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, SFTP.
  • Validate data contracts, mapping, and transformation rules.
  • Ensure compliance with API security, data privacy, and operational risk standards.

Required Skills:

  • Mandatory: Experience in wealth management / WealthTech / BFSI investment domain.
  • Strong understanding of system integration techniques (APIs, message queues, SFTP).
  • Familiarity with API management tools (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway).
  • Exposure to Node.js-based architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
  • Knowledge of financial data formats (FIX, OFX, JSON, XML).

Key Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in project/program management of API & middleware integrations.
