Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to join our team. As a key player in delivering customer solutions, you will be responsible for designing and building industry-specific Tableau solutions.

  • This role involves supporting the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment, in an evolving ecosystem consisting of clients and partners.
  • As a Technical Architect, you will maintain a comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem and become a deep product guide for Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of experience working with Tableau and data analytics.
  • Proven track record and portfolio of successful work in BI Visual Analytics (Tableau/CRM examples required).
  • Strong SQL skills, data source compliance, and standard processes.
  • Ability to design Symantec data layer for visualization.
  • Experience building custom Tableau dashboards, migration projects, Tableau Prep Builder, and Einstein Discovery.
  • Define the process for Usage Matrices and insights.
  • Ability to lead a team of visualization developers.
  • Define BI guidelines and report-development run book to enable self-service where applicable.
  • Define the process for CI/CD automation, platform monitoring, automation of user onboarding, and authorization/permissions.
  • Build tool-kits and templates to facilitate accelerated creation of dashboards and ad-hoc reports.
  • Create processes to rapidly iterate, prototype, and implement data visualizations using advanced design and development skills.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and functions, understanding business needs to present data in a clear way telling stories as they relate to the data.
  • Partner with sales and presales teams to build BI-related solutions and proposals.
  • Ideate end-to-end architecture for given problem statement.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Certified on.
  • Knowledge on CRM Analytics or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
