Job Description

We seek a visionary Product Strategist to develop and implement long-term product strategies for high-potential products. This role involves maximizing market share and profitability through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth evaluations of the competitive landscape, identifying growth opportunities for assigned brands.
  2. Define key success factors and requirements necessary for successful brand perception building.
  3. Develop commercial strategies for products early on, including market access plans and marketing materials.
  4. Support countries in generating local market access and executing market research activities.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential hurdles, threats, and risks throughout the product lifecycle.
  6. Ensure cross-functional alignment on forecasts, product volume capacity requirements, and launch preparation.
  7. Accountable for product profit and loss (P&L), including profitability calculations.
Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: B.Pharm./M.Pharm. and MBA

Minimum Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Brand Management
