Job Title: Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including IFSCA, SEZ, and SEBI AIF regulations. Develop and implement policies to ensure adherence to these guidelines.
  • Maintain secretarial records and statutory books, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory matters, including anti-money laundering laws and KYC requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of compliance initiatives.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure that all necessary filings are made in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles
  • Strong knowledge of IFSCA, SEZ, and SEBI AIF regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts to non-technical stakeholders
