Lead Product Manager for Credit Card Products

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our credit card products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and profitability in the financial services industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and Implementing Product Strategies: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and preferences, and develop product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, and use insights to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management, and communicate effectively with external partners and vendors.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for product enhancements and pricing adjustments.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow in their roles.
