The RoleAs an HRBP for the Technology team, you will partner with tech org leadership and drive holistic development of employees and deliver seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for building the best Tech workplace in the world by focusing on strong cultural ethos deeply rooted in our values.
Your Responsibilities- Be good at first principles based problem solving, have functional mastery over varied disciplines (compensation, culture, learning, career, branding, communications, staffing) and being able to apply them to drive long-term initiatives and results.
- Prioritize well (with some help) and have the ability to balance long-term and short-term, hard and softer aspects of the job.
- Work with tech leaders to put in place effective solutions and drive key rituals viz., talent management, performance management, compensation planning, and manpower planning activities independently for the business unit.
- Able to appreciate and understand the tech talent pool, identify, and address problem statements that provides long-term leverage to the tech org through talent.
You should have experience working in high-growth and fast-paced environments or prior HRBP experience in tech functions partnering with Engineering and Product orgs would be an added advantage. We are looking for someone who is data-driven, able to think first principles, assertive albeit with stakeholder management skills/sensitivity, adaptable to change, great at working in teams, experimentative, iterative, open to learning, self-driven, crafty, and problem-obsessed.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of ₹20 lakhs to ₹30 lakhs per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
