Compliance Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disseminate relevant circulars and notifications issued by regulators on a daily basis to respective departments.
  • Track actionable circulars/notifications with respect to implementation/adherence of said circulars as part of action point monitoring.
  • Maintain MIS of the same.
  • Settle client balances (fund/securities) and have a brief knowledge of the same.
  • Prepare documentation of AP registration/cancellation and have a brief knowledge of AP related compliances.
  • Provide NEAT/CTCL terminal and maintain MIS for the same.
  • Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly/half-yearly and annual regulatory returns to exchanges.
  • Handle day-to-day regulatory compliance.
  • Coodinate with exchanges, clients, and departments for any compliance-related issues.
  • Record data of clients' transactions.
  • Prepare various applications/documentation as per exchange rules and regulation.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in broking.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
