Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients through exceptional customer service, active listening, and prompt issue resolution.
  • Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for projects.
  • Collaborate with sales, post-sales teams to ensure client needs are met and grievances addressed.
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals from existing customers and motivate them to participate in the Srijan Connect referral program.
  • Travel to meet clients, create group presentations, corporate presentations, and road shows as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or relationship management.
  • Prior experience in real estate, banking, hotel, or travel industries preferred.
