Lead Operations Manager

The Lead Operations Manager will oversee our farm program, the Alliance for Responsible Aquaculture (ARA), to achieve its intended outcomes of improving water quality and maintaining healthy stocking densities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Program Associates in people management, project management, data review, and audits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with ARA farmers through regular communication and field presence.
  • Provide strategic input during meetings with FWI leadership and lead the expansion of new farms into the ARA.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience managing field programs in the development, environmental protection, or animal advocacy sectors.
  • Fluency in oral and written Telugu and English.
  • Ability to drive a motorbike or scooter on rural roads.
