Job Description

As a senior leader in engineering, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction and platform execution of our agentic AI system. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in developing complex systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing scalable, reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing, distributed engineering team
  • Collaborating closely with product, operations, and implementation teams to deliver into real-world hospital environments
  • Driving technical execution across short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience)
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
