Australia New Zealand Import Compliance Specialist

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations governing the importation and supply of biologicals and controlled products for Australia and New Zealand territories. This position requires maintaining documentation, supporting import requirements, and coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure timely clearance of products.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to facilitate smooth product imports.
- Ensure licenses and permits are up-to-date and renewed in advance to prevent delays.
- Apply for new or amended import permits and licenses as required.
- Liaise with internal and global stakeholders for import declarations and ensure import conditions are met.
- Collate necessary manufacturer's declarations in accordance with import conditions.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of post-graduate experience in regulatory, quality, or compliance roles.
- Tertiary education in Science or equivalent.
- Strong communication attributes, verbal, written, and negotiation skills, along with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
