Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sponsorship Sales Manager, based on-site in the Gurugram, Haryana. The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential sponsors, developing and maintaining relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring sponsor satisfaction and retention.

- Sponsorship Sales and Sales skills
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Account Management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in the sports or events industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
