Job Title: Presales Lead – EMS

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Lead to join our team at Hitachi Systems India Private Limited. As a Presales Lead, you will be responsible for pre-sales activities such as solution design, capacity planning, sizing, licensing, and compliance for Microfocus/OpenText and other leading EMS/NMS products, solutions, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of leading EMS/NMS products, solutions, and services.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their current environment, key business challenges, and goals.
- Design and deliver customized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Conduct capacity planning, sizing, and licensing to ensure optimal solution deployment.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales activities, preferably in EMS/NMS solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of EMS/NMS products, solutions, and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
