Job Title: Presales Lead – EMS

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Lead to join our team at Hitachi Systems India Private Limited. As a Presales Lead, you will be responsible for pre-sales activities such as solution design, capacity planning, sizing, licensing, and compliance for Microfocus/OpenText and other leading EMS/NMS products, solutions, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of leading EMS/NMS products, solutions, and services.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their current environment, key business challenges, and goals.
  • Design and deliver customized solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct capacity planning, sizing, and licensing to ensure optimal solution deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales activities, preferably in EMS/NMS solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EMS/NMS products, solutions, and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
