Job Description

We're seeking a proactive individual to support our core year-end review system, the ServiceNow HRSD system, and our strategic continuous improvement endeavors.

The role involves project work, developing necessary system enhancements, managing associated project initiatives, overseeing system administration, and providing support to the Service Delivery Team, Product Owner, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and local oversight of the Service Delivery Team
  • Systems administration tasks and associated stakeholder management
  • System configuration within ServiceNow HRSD including lifecycle events, workflows, tasks
  • Working with the Service Delivery Owner and key stakeholders to identify annual enhancements due to legal or business requirements
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops including interviews with stakeholders to understand business goals and analyze possible solutions and their feasibility
  • Document and review user requirements in detailed specification documents for the developers
  • Hold retrospectives and track raised items through to completion
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA to record and track the requirements throughout the course of the development
  • Produce and manage plans and timelines associated with the analysis of the program, utilizing MS Project/Excel
  • Participate and lead the testing team on business UAT for deliverables
  • Report progress, identify, resolve, and/or escalate risks/issues as part of the overall project team
  • Provide additional management support to the Service Delivery Owner, Product Owner, Service Now, compensation team, and wider HRIS team as required
  • Create communications for end users and conduct end-user training as required
  • Create and maintain process documentation within Confluence
  • Ensure data integrity and security with HR systems, adhering to compliance and data protection regulations
