Job Title: Cloud System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Cloud System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Oracle Field Service Cloud system.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of cloud-based systems and experience with administration, configuration, and maintenance.

  • Gather business requirements and perform fit gap analysis to design effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Present technical guidance on cloud best practices to support team members during implementation.
  • Configure, integrate, and maintain Oracle Field Service Cloud features to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the following areas:
  • Environment setup
  • System administration
  • Capacity management
  • Collaboration group setup and user management
  • Message scenario configuration
  • Activity filter setup for routing
  • Plugin development and configuration
  • Daily extract file structure setup
  • Routing automation (profiles, plans, strategy, visualization, and troubleshooting)
  • Capacity/quota management
  • Analytics and dashboard
  • Integration with other systems (OSvC, OEC, OAC, BI, HCM, Mobile apps, ERP, and CRM)
  • Integration with DocuSign or third-party apps
  • Service request management and coordination with Oracle Cloud Support
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based systems
  • Experience with administration, configuration, and maintenance
  • Expertise in environment setup, system administration, capacity management, collaboration group setup, message scenario configuration, activity filter setup, plugin development, daily extract file structure setup, routing automation, capacity/quotas management, analytics/dashboard integration with other systems, service request management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
