Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to manage IT projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and coordinate various IT projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.

Major Objectives of the Job:

  • Maintaining project plans, schedules, work hours, and budgets.
  • Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and documentation is maintained appropriately.
  • Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
  • Managing stakeholder views towards the best solution.
  • Chairing and facilitating meetings as appropriate and distributing minutes to project team members.
  • Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Skills & Qualification:


IT project management with basic knowledge in IT infrastructure and security.

Experience in handling IT security projects (3+ years).
